We use only the finest materials to make our artificial Christmas trees, which means that the product you buy will look just as good year after year!

In fact, we are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer up to a 5 year warranty on all of our artificial Christmas trees. This means that if any part of the Christmas tree fails within the first 5 years of purchase due to a manufacturer’s fault, we will replace the faulty part free of charge. This does not include damage caused by wear and tear or incorrect storage.

We also offer a 1 year guarantee on all electrical products. This includes our Christmas lights, LED flowering trees and the lights used on pre-lit Christmas trees. So if you find any faults with an electrical product, just let us know and we will replace the part within the first year of your purchase. This does not include damage caused by incorrect handling, use of the product for an unintended purpose or improper storage.
