Wenlatree Refund Policy
1. **Refund Application Deadline**
Customers can apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. **Product Condition Requirements**
The returned product must be in new, unused condition and intact. Any damage, signs of use or missing accessories will affect the refund eligibility.
3. **Return Process**
If you need to return an item, please contact Wenlatree Customer Service Team first and provide the order number and reason for return. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return address. Unauthorized return packages will not be accepted.
4. **Shipping Policy**
Wenlatree will bear the return shipping costs if the return is due to product quality problems, wrong shipment or shipping damage. If the refund is requested for personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. **Refund Time**
Once your return item is received and inspected, Wenlatree will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account (such as credit card, payment platform, etc.), and the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.
6. **Non-returnable items**
Special items or personalized Christmas trees are not accepted for return or refund. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receiving it.
7. **Refund exceptions**
Due to the special nature of seasonal products, Wenlatree does not accept refund requests after Christmas (after December 25th) unless the product has serious quality problems.
